GENERAL TERMS

- I own 100% Copyright to my art work. This include adding the work to my portfolio and posting it to my social media.- The commissioned work is free to use personally by the client. Commercial Use of the work is Prohibited unless the client pays for commercial use.- If the client wants to use the commission for commercial use, the client is expected to pay a separate markup of 300% of the agreed upon price.- I have the right to refuse any commission that I cannot do. With that, please respect the artist's skill set on what they can and cannot do.- I will happily draw what you desire except for Gore as I have severe hemophobia.

PAYMENT

- The client can either pay Full Price upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after.- The client is expected to pay after I send a mockup or draft of the commission- Once I give the sketch, the client is free to change and alter the sketch as they please to avoid major alterations once I start rendering. Additional charges will be applied to any alterations once I have already started rendering the work.- After paying, the client cannot cancel nor refund the commission UNLESS I haven't started rendering the draft sketch.- I am only accepting Gcash and PayPal

PROCESS

- The commission's time to be completed will vary heavily on it's complexity and my pending works. The expected time is about 2-3 weeks to 2 months. I will still provide a more specific time frame.-The client is welcome to give a deadline as long as it is not under 7 days.- I will give regular updates with a watermark to avoid any theft. Please make sure your DMs are open !- If the client pays split 50/50, I will give a screenshot of the final work with a watermark. Once the client pays their remaining balance will I only give a high quality file of the commission- All final work will be sent via email in PNG/JPEG form.
